3. Instrumental Licensing
When you purchase an Instrumental, you are not buying ownership of the Instrumental but a license to use it under specific terms.
A. Non-Exclusive License Terms
A Non-Exclusive License grants you limited rights to use the Instrumental, including:
Recording and distributing a song using the Instrumental.
Monetising the song on streaming platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube).
Using the song for promotional purposes, music videos, and live performances.
Selling a limited number of copies (specific limits will be outlined in your purchase agreement).
Restrictions:
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Instrumental.
You may not claim ownership of the Instrumental.
You may not alter and resell the Instrumental as your own production.
B. Exclusive License Terms
An Exclusive License grants you full rights to use the Instrumental without limitations. Once an Exclusive License is purchased, the Instrumental will no longer be available for other customers.
Restrictions:
You may not resell or transfer the Exclusive License to another person without our written consent.
You must credit (Stash Jonez) as outlined in the purchase agreement.
4. Mixing and Mastering Services
By purchasing our Mixing and Mastering Services, you agree to the following:
You must provide high-quality, properly recorded stems or audio files.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on workload.
We do not guarantee that our services will meet your subjective preferences, but we will make reasonable revisions.
Once final files are delivered, no further revisions will be made unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Payments & Refunds
A. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed via relevant payment provider (PayPal, Stripe etc.).
Prices are subject to change at any time.
B. Refund Policy
Instrumental Purchases: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided once a license is issued.
Mixing and Mastering Services: Refunds may be considered before work has started. If work has begun, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
We own all rights to the Instrumentals even if they are licensed under an Exclusive License.
You agree not to claim ownership of any Instrumental you purchase under a Non-Exclusive License.
